SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) and www.sivorycollection.com operate as separate entities and therefore, offer customers unique shopping experiences at both locations. As a result, our customer service and return policies for both locations must be tailored to fit their respective customers.
In-Store (Woodbridge Mall, NJ)
Customers who visit our SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) location engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:
SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 7 days of purchase for exchanges (sizes/color only) or for a partial or full store credit refund only, depending on state of the returned item. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items, fine jewelry and lingerie or related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. SIVORY reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Only items purchased at our SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) store can be returned to our SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) store. Items purchased at www.sivorycollection.com must be returned through www.sivorycollection.com except for exempted cases passed for in-store return by any of our staff member via email.
Online ( www.sivorycollection.com )
Customers who shop through our online store engage in an internet shopping experience that prevents us from offering the personal attention that in-store customers appreciate. While we are available via e-mail and phone for these customers to assist them in choosing their purchases, they are neither able to feel or try on the items they purchase until after they have done so. Therefore, in the event that online customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, we’re more than happy to accept their returns for the credit of their choice– refund, store credit, or exchange. www.sivorycollection.com accepts returns only that have been approved by a member of our stuff, received a Return Authorization number, and that are received with the Return Authorization form enclosed. Requests for a Return Authorization must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Only items purchased at www.sivorycollection.com can be returned to www.sivorycollection.com. Items purchased at SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) are only eligible for return at our SIVORY (Woodbridge Mall, NJ) location.

www.sivorycollection.com ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS) with free standard ground (either USPS/UPS) service (5 to 10 business days). All online orders ship within 1-2 business days. If necessary, customers may opt to expedite the receipt of their order by selecting another shipping method at an additional charge. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday, unless otherwise possible. If you have specific shipping instructions please include them as a comment with your order at checkout, or email us at email@example.com . We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
Free ground shipping is available for all purchases over $50 or as promo if available (we reserve the right to cancel this at anytime). However, Orders of less than $50, or orders over $50 whose recipients opt for other shipping methods, will be charged based on the shipping calculator in our virtual shopping cart.
Presently, you can only make orders online (with any Major US Issued Cards – AMEX/DISCOVER/MASTER/VISA) for domestic delivery within the 50 US States. However, we accept International orders but on special cases (and to selective countries).
All International orders must be purchased with our gift cards/certificates and all international shipping are either shipped with USPS or private freight company, which may take up to 10 business days or more for delivery. All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery, customers will still be charged for our shipping, customs and return shipping charges.
